Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 26, 2026· D Is For Family LLC (DBA C Dell & DBA Cockpit)

This Privacy Policy explains how D Is For Family LLC, doing business as C Dell and as Cockpit(“Cockpit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Cockpit autonomous sales-agent platform and the website at agentscockpit.com(collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Cockpit is an operated-by-humans, AI-assisted sales platform. It sources and enriches prospective leads, scores them against an ideal-customer profile, drafts outreach, and — only after a human approves — sends messages and proposes or books meetings. The data controller is D Is For Family LLC. Contact: contact@c-dell.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account & identity. Name, email address, role, and authentication data, managed through our auth provider (Neon Auth / Better Auth). We do not store your password in plaintext.
  • Business & CRM data you connect.Records you maintain in your connected CRM (Attio) — companies, contacts, notes, tasks, pipeline stage, and related metadata the Service reads and writes on your behalf.
  • Lead-sourcing & enrichment data. Firmographic and contact information about prospective leads obtained from third-party providers (e.g., Apollo) that you direct the Service to source or enrich.
  • Google account data (via OAuth). With your explicit authorization, read-only calendar free/busy availability, used solely to propose meeting times. See Section 4.
  • Communications. Inbound email replies routed to the Service for triage, and Discord identifiers/roles where you use the Discord approvals integration.
  • Usage, audit & technical data. An audit log of agent and human actions, session identifiers, request identifiers, IP address, device/browser information, and cookies strictly necessary for the authenticated session.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
  • Source, enrich, de-duplicate, and score leads against your ideal-customer profile.
  • Draft outreach and follow-ups, and — subject to human approval — enroll contacts in sequences and send messages.
  • Propose available meeting times from calendar free/busy and record booked meetings.
  • Maintain an auditable record of material actions for security, accountability, and troubleshooting.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Google user data — Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, Cockpit requests read-only access to your Google Calendar to query your free/busy availability, so the agent can propose open meeting times. The only scope we request is https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly. Cockpit does not create, edit, or delete calendar events, and does not read the contents or details of your events — it uses only busy/free time blocks.

Cockpit’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, data obtained from Google APIs is:

  • used only to provide and improve the user-facing scheduling features described above;
  • never sold, and never used for advertising;
  • never used to train generalized or foundation AI/ML models;
  • not transferred to others except as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with appropriate safeguards;
  • accessed by humans only with your explicit consent, for security or to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

You can revoke Cockpit’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Google OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (see Section 8).

5. AI processing

Cockpit uses large language models (provided by Anthropic, accessed via the Vercel AI Gateway) to score leads and draft outreach. Content sent for these purposes is processed to generate results for you and is not used by us to train generalized AI models. Our telemetry is configured to exclude model inputs and outputs from traces.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

  • Service providers (subprocessors)who process data on our behalf to run the Service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database & authentication), Attio (CRM), Apollo (lead sourcing/enrichment), Anthropic (AI), Google (calendar), Discord (notifications/approvals), and, where enabled, an email-delivery provider.
  • Legal & safety — to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, under confidentiality.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, security, and audit obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 9.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS); encryption at rest for sensitive secrets (OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never stored in plaintext); role-based access controls (admin vs. viewer); tenant isolation; and an append-only audit log. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights & choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information (contact us below).
  • Revoke connected-account access (e.g., Google permissions) at any time.
  • Opt out of outreach — recipients can unsubscribe, and we maintain a suppression list honored before any send.
  • Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. International data transfers

The Service and our providers are operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

11. Children

The Service is a business tool not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
